1. Purpose and acceptance
The Yodl investor data room provides selected information solely to evaluate a potential investment or commercial relationship with Yodl. By accessing the room, you agree to these terms in addition to any confidentiality agreement already in force.
2. Personal access
Your invitation is personal. You may not share credentials, links, documents, screenshots, or extracts with another person unless Yodl has given written permission.
3. Confidentiality
All room contents are confidential unless a document expressly states otherwise. Access does not grant a licence or transfer any intellectual-property right.
4. No reliance
Materials may include estimates, preliminary information, or forward-looking statements. They are supplied for discussion and do not constitute an offer, warranty, or representation. Definitive agreements control.
5. Security and activity
Yodl may record sign-ins, document opens, downloads, access denials, and administrative changes to protect the room and support the diligence process. The privacy notice explains this processing.
6. Suspension and return
Yodl may change or revoke access at any time. On request, you must delete or return downloaded confidential material, subject to applicable law and professional record-retention duties.
